Around the start of the holiday season, Flavor Farming released a collection of blends with his Spritzer. While I really enjoyed the unblended Spritzer, each of these mixes were solid in their own rite, and in my opinion the Peach Spritzer was the best of the bunch. It’s a blend with Peach Pie, which I reviewed around the end of 2024 and noted it’s exceptional potency as well as saturated flavor. Peach terps have been quite prevalent in the last year, and when done right, the sickly sweet flavor matches with sickly strong potency. Peach Spritzer was certainly that level of potency, but the edge was taken off a little bit by the Spritzer. It’s hard to say exactly what ratio the blend was, but the intense sweetness from the peach is also replaced with a little bit more gas and bite. Overall, even though I prefer single strains, especially when it comes to Flavor Farming’s rosin, Peach Spritzer is really well done and among the best value rosin around.

Guava Icee

Another flavor from the same release window, Guava Icee is an unblended hybrid of Ice Cream Cake x Strawguava, originally from Bloom Seed co. If you’ve had other Bloom work from Flavor Farming, you know that much of it tastes very similar, especially in broader spec rosins. With a lot of Flavor Farming’s flavors, the Peach Spritzer most recently, the difference between the Tier 1 and the Tier 2 version is minimal and you can save a bit of cash opting for the lower tier version. With Guava Icee, the gas in the flavor outshines the very hashy note from the Strawguava, especially at lower temps, but this flavor is easy to hit too hot, which leaves a bit of residue in the banger. Where this flavor really shows its strength is in the potency, which is truly crushing pressure and very long effect duration. Overall, this flavor isn’t quite as strong of an offering as the Peach Spritzer, but it is the KO punch a lot of folks are looking for and it’s more than acceptable especially for the price.
