DOUBLE FEATURE - Flavor Farming II
Spritzahh
Spritzahh
It’s no secret that I’m a big Spritzer fan, and I’ve also been loving the Sowahh hybrids I’ve been trying over the last year. So naturally I should absolutely love this one. Most of the flavor profile and the nose comes from Spritzer grape notes, with the sour being more noticeable in the backend of the nose and flavor. It’s a more rounded out sweetness rather than the overwhelming grape, and that means something for the effect as well. Where Spritzer is generally pretty unfunctional and even racy, Sprtitzahh is much more even keeled and refreshing. I wouldn’t go so far as to say it’s energizing, but I definitely don’t feel deflated when I smoke it. Overall, Spritzahh is a cool selection from Flavor Farming but I’d like to see it more dialed in, as it seems like there’s still potential it’s not yet reached. It’s smooth, flavorful and a great value, but it also could be a bit cleaner and have a bit more distinctive flavor.

Riptide Rush
Riptide Rush
This is a flavor I’ve been wanting to try for a long time but hadn’t gotten the chance. Lately, I’ve been a bit obsessed with the grape flavors, but somehow I enjoyed this one more than I was already expecting. The genetics are Grape Pie Wedding Crasher x Pie Eyed from another Maine coldroom killer, Crystal Rose Seed Co, and it tastes exactly like the Gatorade flavor it’s named for. It’s grape forward and gassy on the back end, but in the middle it has that artificial thirst quenching sweetness that is remarkable and complex. The potency is also intense full body stimulus, reasonably long duration and slumpy and relaxing in effect. This sample is also impressively smooth and clean for what’s supposed to be a T2 batch, which means the value is also very strong from the Shmu menu. Overall, Flavor Farming’s Riptide Rush is a must try if you’re like me and have been dying to try it or have just been dying for some fire grape terps. This one has been a delight for my palate personally, but I think it’s clear why Riptide Rush has exploded in popularity and I think we’re going to see a lot more of it going forward.
