Rainbow Sowahh- Flavor Farming

When I scooped the Ztan a couple of weeks ago, I along with it got a sample of Rainbow Sowah. I’ve been really enjoying the strains Flavor Farming has been breeding with Sowah, and Rainbow Sowah is absolutely another banger. It’s a hybrid of RS11 x Sowahh, and while a lot of people debate over whether the Karma Sours are “real” Sour, I think this is still exactly what I envision for a cross of RS11 and Sour. RS11 really hit the big time about six years ago, but since then has been crossed to a ton of different things. A little bit after it really popped off, Sour had its own resurgence, so enthusiasts of both have probably wanted a hybrid for almost half a decade. Right out of the jar, this reeks of garlic clove, where you’re assaulted by the OG notes from both hybrids. On blend it gets a lot sweeter, but the sharpie Sherb and the lemon Sour play off each other in a way that’s better than the sum of its own parts. This translates precisely in the flavor as well, where it maintains the RS11 “terp flavored air” saturation but with even more fuel and bite. While the outright potency is good, the effect is buzzy and slumpy at the same time and it exerts a lot of stimulation right in the forehead and eyes while also providing a muscle relaxation feeling. It’s got a remarkable head change without being unfunctional and even has a little bit of focus. Overall, this strain really surprised me in a lot of ways. I expected to like it, but I didn’t expect to be so impressed by it, and it reminded me in one fell swoop why I love both Sowahh and RS11. It’s got a lot going on and of course it comes at the steal ticket on the Shmu menu.
