Creamed Peaches - Third Shift Resin

If you follow my reviews, you probably know that I smoke a good amount of hash rosin, but full melt for me is usually a once in a blue moon type of situation. The scarcity entails some tricky market conditions and keeping it just the way I want has been a challenge in the past. Charas made the second challenge a breeze by delivering the melt on ice in vacuum sealed bags, but honestly the fact that these heads made it here in tact more than an amount of miles you can look up on Google maps is absolutely magic to me. Third Shift Resin is nothing short of an elite team of paddlers, and it’s no a wonder they’ve been standing on tons of podiums as of late. Beyond the heads being just gorgeous, every part of the experience checks the boxes I would expect. For those who’ve never had the pleasure of dabbing full melt, the easiest way to handle it is to scoop out some heads and flag the rest out by applying heat/pressure in parchment paper. Once I flagged the hash, the scent really opened up to gassy peach and Concord grapes. Melt is often more of a cerebral effect than rosin and this is the case here as well as being quite relaxing. A sizable dab of this is flavor forward but also incredibly potent. The effect isn’t quite the same laser as rosin but the body and head change is noticeable. This whole experience kind of brought me back to being a kid and getting peach rings at the 7 Eleven and the immense dopamine from every aspect of the journey and reward. It’s frankly one of the best samples of hash I’ve ever tried and it’s one I intend to savor for incredible experiences. This product is expensive but frankly it’s competitive for the segment and I can’t say I’ve ever seen such a big melt selection on a menu here. Overall, this is one of my most emphatic recommendations of the year and I really hope for more opportunities to smoke Third Shift Resin in the future
